i'm often going to forest so there is lots of tick there (my dog is 40kg dogo argentino, im using advantix at the moment but there may be ticks sometimes.)

Stronghold doesn't cover ticks, so if you have tick problem on your area, you should use tick treatment with Stronghold. However, Advantix only covers tick and fleas. It doesn't cover intestinal parasites and heartworm.

My dog is 90-100 lbs. This treatment only goes up to 88 lbs. Is there a treatment for over 88 lbs in this brand? Also can this be used with nexgard spectra? I just orders a year of nexgard spectra and now my dog has ear mites? How can I protect her? Can I use these together?

This is the biggest size we carry. You can safely use this product with Nexgard Spectra.
