I am satisfied with the product and appreciate the no shipping charge. However, I was not informed about the long delay in receiving the product until the purchase was completed. Then it took 22 days from your date of shipping 12/29/15 until I received my order on 1/19/16.

Everything was just as promised, and I will be setting up an Auto plan in six months.
