Hi, My pomeranian's weight was 4,01 kg last week, she is 18 months old. Should I get the smaller dose (Bravecto Yellow) or the bigger one(Bravecto Orange)?

Either one is ok. If you think that he/she will gain weight it's better to go with orange.
