I have always had exceptional service. I've ordered from this business going on 3 yrs. Very reliable and trustworthy. On my own experience shipping for the first order is a little slow but once on the auto ship it's fine and personally my credit card charges an extra fee for international charges when I order here but it's usually only a dollar or two no matter how much I spend. Not a problem for the great products and prices at a great rate.

I was reluctant to place this purchase knowing it would be shipped from overseas but all my fears were unfounded. I ordered heartworm pills and didn't even need a prescription from the vet. Product was exactly as described. Absolutely no issues with this purchase. Since this comes from overseas, it does take a few weeks to arrive, so plan ahead. I would definitely order from them again.
