I`m a big fan of PetBucket and have always loved the swift delivery and prompt customer service. However, this time I wrote as I was concerned that my latest order hadn`t arrived two weeks after it was supposedly sent. I was disappointed to get a standard, automatic response saying orders can take up to two weeks to arrive! At least an empathetic, caring understanding and a request to reconnect if it didn`t arrive within the next few days would have been appreciated. This total lack of customer understanding has put me off the company and I will be looking to find another source for the needs of my two pets in future.
